New Thread
Just letting everyone know that I refreshed LSAC just now and my score was not posted.
Also, I think we are supposed to get them today even though it says Monday.
Also, there is some evidence indicating that refreshing the LSAC page more then ten thousand times will trigger an early release of your score.
Also, green links and grey links. Pay attention.
Additionally, law schools are sent the scores before you are. There is reason to believe that they base the sending of e mails and fee waivers on this new information.
Finally, highest scores are sent first.
Good luck everyone.

You forgot to say that schools can see your score before you do so if you get emails and fee waivers from crappy schools you did bad.

So is the score release cut off at 3? Like if I don't get them by three does it mean it won't come today?

If you don't have it by 3 PM EST you call them and ask.

Re: New Thread
I think the general consensus/knowledge is that if it doesn't come by 5 PM you're not getting it until Monday. Since LSAC doesn't work weekends, it's either today or Monday man.merc280 wrote:So is the score release cut off at 3? Like if I don't get them by three does it mean it won't come today?
Also, if you're a low scorer you won't get it until Monday, since those are released later.
But remember, you can reason that schools are basing their fee waivers etc. on this, so even if you don't know exactly how you did yet you can estimate from that.
Update: Refreshed page and score not posted. Will check again after a late lunch. I won't let everyone down. Latest and most accurate info so you can make important life decisions today and this weekend.

On the other topic someone said they might start releasing until 5 so LSAC isn't flooded with calls that there must have been a problemmerc280 wrote:Well the low score thing probably isn't true since i made a 150 last time and got mine at 1pm

The terror threats today have delayed the release of the scores one week. See you all next Friday!

Last October my score was time stamped exactly @ 5pm...I didn't receive it until 9:30 or so that night. People were reporting received scores here for several hours before I got mine.

I don't know if this is any help but... I was wondering around what time people would get their scores today so I checked my saved e-mail history to see at what time I got mine (June 2010). The LSAC e-mailed me my score at exactly 5:00 p.m.
I don't know at what time they posted it to my LSAC account though, because I never logged in until I got that e-mail.

Yeah, just make sure they give you the extra credit points for the delayed grading.jarofsoup wrote:I recieved my June LSAT score two weeks ago. Is this normal?

Well, that's a bit excessive, but it can and does happen. Usually you get a point for each week it's late. Also, did did you read what mjd wrote?jarofsoup wrote:I recieved my June LSAT score two weeks ago. Is this normal?
Apparently we're a week delayed. Maybe the 180 people will get slipped in today/Monday but the rest of us are stuck lobbying for extended ED applications etc.mjd wrote:The terror threats today have delayed the release of the scores one week. See you all next Friday!
Yes the 5 PM phenomenon has been corroborated elsewhere, I think it's pretty well established at this point.calvmpv wrote:Last October my score was time stamped exactly @ 5pm...I didn't receive it until 9:30 or so that night. I haven't quite gotten around to refreshing my LSAC page yet, had a really big lunch and now I have a work meeting at 4, but rest assured I'm on top of it. As soon as those icons go grey I'll be here to report right after I notice. I'm really glad people are coming together to provide their experiences, knowledge, and new insights to this essential "New Thread". I hope people continue to post and contribute each and every LSAT-related electrical impulse they have for the benefit of all.

Well, my lunch is done digesting and I have completed my weekly meeting with my employer. I managed to go over and refresh my LSAC page and confirm for everyone that I have not yet received my score.
