I just took this on Thursday. Not sure if this explanation can help, but where in the stimulus does it mention "real" freedom? Or "fake" freedom for that matter? Not only that, but the stimulus never mentions anything about the intervening country imposing freedom on anyone, only stepping in to allow political self-determination. The intervening county could step in and allow political self-determination, and in that determination, the people decide a totalitarian dictatorship is best. C pretty much restates what the main point of the argument, that countries that are to remain free have to come up with the political virtues by their own efforts.

This Q made me think of Iraq and Afghanistan for some apparent reason.
