If you reach your target score, how do you plan to celebrate

Post by Dr. Strangelove » Wed May 19, 2010 11:02 am

or exceed it??

Anything 170+ would be awesome for me (but given my grades...the closer to 180, the better.)

I plan to have fun with friends and buy this.

For me, it's anything 160+.

I will be celebrating by realizing that I'll never having to study for this test again and that I'll have my social life back. Also, I'm seriously considering getting a PS3 if I reach my target score.

I was going to Miami, but not now. I think I'm going to Europe next summer! Well I hope I go. For me even graduating college is a huge accomplishment and never did I think I would go to law school, but I am!

I would kill for a 170+ but a more realistic goal for me is 165ish. If I get score, I'm probably going to faint and then when I wake up, I'm going to hop on a plane and go out dancing in San Francisco.

I'm shooting for 175+, though anything above 170 will be satisfactory. Whether or not I hit those numbers, my girlfriend and I have a trip to California planned for july/august. We're doing san francisco, big sur, and napa, at least. it will be a welcome change after 3 months of torturous lsat prep.

Oh, and call of duty. Shit loads of call of duty: modern warfare until I start law school.

I only have a Wii, which for Call of Duty purposes is less than ideal, though its still really fun. I won't be spending any money until after our trip, but I may consider investing in a ps3 or xbox solely for the purpose of COD.

This song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4J6_3vbVbg

Matter of fact, this is going to be the first song I listen to right after the test too.

Lots of relaxing, and doing whatever I want. Got to work on my golf game, and golf everyday. Play some COD as well and other games.

I don't have a snowman's chance in hell at anything over 172, so i'll start there:

170 - 172 -- shock, tears, then telling every person i've ever met, and probably more tears.

167 - 169 -- still really really excited, in a perfect world i want to ED to Penn so this (arguably) makes me feel like i've got at least a slim shot.

164 - 166 -- happy but not over the moon.

162 - 163 -- not so satisfied

161 and below -- may have to consider retaking.

If I get 170 or higher I would jump up and down and scream like a Justin Bieber fan....only to have an anuerysm blow through my brain and die minutes after.

My score was released in the middle of my shift at a minimum wage job. I got really excited and started screaming "Yeah! Yeah! Yeah!". Then my boss walked up.

Him: What are you so happy about?
Me: I don't have to fucking work here anymore!

I hope the real celebration comes in the form of a lifestyle.

If I get a 180, I am buying Marionberry a 360 so he can play call of duty. that game is sick.

okay, i won't be doing that because i'm poor, but if i hit my goal i will take my gf out to a nice dinner and my roommates out to the bars to thank them for putting up with me. if i don't, i'll blame them forever. i will also probably try to figure out who i can tell without sounding like a dick.

165-170: Trip to Carowinds, greatest theme park EVER (screw you, Six Flags) with college friends. Plus I'm allowing myself to finish Final Fantasy 7, which I have not touched since I started seriously prepping.

170+ (hahaha yeah right): Trip to Carowinds with college friends, PLUS this:

Ah, Anthropologie. Why do you have to be so beautiful and yet so expensive? It takes something miraculous on my part to rationalize buying anything. :D

Edit: And it'd be just my luck if I got a 170+ and they ran out of size 2s...

I'm a cycle late, but my plan was to get a tattoo if I got a 180.

I have considered the 180---->tattoo idea as well. Either "180" in big numbers across my stomach ala Tupac's "thug life", or on my neck, so that my classmates will know and fear me.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
