Can you wear ear plugs during the test?
Are ear plugs allowed to be used when taking the test?

Assuming you're talking about the LSAT (which 'm sure you are), then no. Once you're in law school, however, most schools will provide you with optional earplugs when you take your exams. At least the test center I took the LSAT in was really quiet, all considered. It's not too bad.
