Full-time vs part-time Q

Can you apply to a part-time program after not receiving admission into a full time and vice versa?

Also does one have less of a chance of job prospects? And if ones grades are good enough can they move to full time status?

to your second concern, yes, I believe many law schools do have the option to switch over from part to full time with the deans approval.
