I'm a 0L, so take this with a grain of salt, but I would say it depends on your goals. For example, if you know you want to practive IP law it would make more sense to take as many IP related courses as possible instead of many of the courses on your "additional" list.
However, if you are unsure of where you want to go with your degree (at least don't know a specific practice area) then I think that sounds like a good plan of attack. Those classes should allow someone to fit into a large number of practice areas without too much additional work.

Just pick the one that says "no final" under exam date.
