What a poor flame.

LOL at "I'm planning on doing well." I was planning on being bottom 10%, that's what all the cool kids want these days.

If this is not a flame, please retake and go to a better school in florida- florida state, miami... even stetson is a better option (but you would want a good scholly without stips).

Fourth tier school with 40k/year in tuition is a bad idea. Many 4th tier schools have average reported earnings of their grads in the 50-70k/year range, and unfortunately, the "real" earnings are almost always lower. I was earning 50k with an undergrad pre-law school. Do you really want to risk a 50k/year income with 180k debt (40k tution/20k living expenses)?

With a full scholarship, T4s might make sense. Still be wary though as you might lose your scholarship. Law school grades are also hard to predict. Many in my class came in expecting to do very well. Guess what? Only 1% are in the top 1%. If you want to transfer to a "good" school from a T4, you have to be in the top 5%. If you want to transfer to decent schools, you still have to be in the top 10%. Most likely than not, you will not be in either category.

Retake the LSAT and shoot for at least a T2 school. Anyone can get a good LSAT score. I know people who went from a 150 to a 165+ based on studying. Even with a bad GPA, a decent LSAT can land you a lower T1 or T2 school. Some TLSers will discourage you from even these schools, but you will at least have a decent shot at good career prospects.
