My LSDAS GPA....quick question

Post by daburrel » Wed Dec 29, 2010 7:39 pm

My Summary Report is not available now but I have a quick question.
Unconverted: P,S
Omitted: *,AU,I,NG,REG,UW,W,XAU
Nonpunitive:
is how my school Transcript Key is listed on LSAC site. I am wondering does "Omitted" means the same as Nonpunitive or will the W on my transcript actually be counted by LSAC and my GPA will be taken down?

My understanding from an older thread is that if your school considers the W to be punitive, they will indicate that. Usually I think they put WF, for Withdraw Failure or something like that. I have 2 Ws but they weren't punitive, so according to that thread we should be ok. May want to check with your school to be safe.
