I'm currently taking an Intro to Christianity class. It would have been ok, but the professor is DUMB....like I've seen smarter toaster ovens. She makes us do BS reading for class and ALL we discuss in class is the reading. We learn NOTHING. WTF is the point in doing the reading if that's what we talk about in class?

Every time I try to draw out something profound...she looks scared. I once brought up Durkheim and she looked like she wanted to run. I don't think she's ever read Durkheim...and she's a professor of religion.

It's such a waste of my time. I've taken to painting my nails in class.

Auto 101. Took this class because I could and I wanted to learn basics of maintaining my own car. Bunch of terminology and part-identification. No hands-on anything. I got an A through memorization, but I still know nothing about cars.

You know, I change my mind. At least in the theatre class I mentioned I leaned how to weld and build stuff. In this Judicial Process class I'm taking right now, which in my dumbass mindset I thought might be beneficial for law school, we're learning about the "theory" on the environment of the courts. From a guy who isn't even a lawyer himself. What a crock of bullshit.

It's about running a factory... the mid term was hard as hell too. I got 85-95 on the other 4 mid terms, that one I got 65% on, brutal. I got 10 of the last 12 multiple choice wrong.

This was a fancy name for "Tractor Driving." It was taught by a walnut farmer named Jim. We didn't really have to go to lecture, just to the lab. This was in a field. In that field, we learned how tractors worked then we drove them.

Not stupid, but awesome. Basically, we listened to our professor lecture for 2 hours, then tasted wine for another hour. The perfect pre-game for a Thursday. Best of all, our tuition covered the class

Added bonus, we got drink wine more expensive than I would normally buy ($30-50/bottle). Yum. I think this class summed up my last semester.

I had a finance class in which we watched incomprehensible "trading strategy" videos from the internet. We submitted no work, had no exams, and the professor (last semester before retirement) literally told us we didn't need to show up anymore halfway through the semester, and that everyone was getting an A.
