I'm still in undergrad, but I went to buy books today and I saw this in the small section reserved for law school materials. It was on clearance for $6.50, so I said what the hell and picked it up.
Smart buy? Good study aid? Can't find it cheaper anywhere else, and I've heard a lot of people like CrunchTime. I've also heard property is a bitch, so I'm sure it can't hurt to have an extra study aid laying around for when the time comes.

Re: Emanuel's CrunchTime: Property
I think undergrad definitely counts as 'crunchtime' when it comes to property!
It's a decent supplement. Nobody cares. That being said, at my school Gilbert was the most recommended supplement for Property.
