I just got an email from Wisconsin about the scholarship application.
I am out of state, 162, 3.68 strong softs.
Why would they encourage me to fill this out without first accepting me?
Any thoughts on my chances of getting in?

See the Wisconsin thread in Acceptances/Waitlists/Rejections forum, apparently this was a mass email sent out to literally everyone.
