I have 46 days of work left. Of those 46 I will likely only actually work 15 days. It is now officially difficult for me to give any fucks regarding my team doing a god damned thing. The only thing making these dudes I work with move forward is their own ambition. Since about last week, I have not encouraged them, pumped them up, or tried to get any extra productivity from them at all. I am just along for the ride now.
