Testing Accomdations for ADHD?
I'm taking the Illinois Bar in July. I have ADHD and use Adderall. Do I need to fill out a testing accommodation to use this medication on the test day? Is the Bar so strict that they would kick you out of the testing center if you used medication without filing for an accommodation? It just seems like a big hassle for no reason, as there is nothing different I require of my testing experience like extra time or something, just need to be able to take one pill. Sorry if this comes across as ignorant, just genuinely curious.

You're not getting any special accommodation, you're taking your prescribed medication for a medical condition.
You're taking it before the exam right?
Anyways, I think people get super paranoid before the bar so it's not a weird question.

Every jurisdiction is different with their rules. In MA, you had to get approved to bring in your medication. Someone got reported to the C&F for having an inhaler without filing an accommodation. Make sure with your jurisdiction! Better safe than sorryAnonymous User wrote:I'm taking the Illinois Bar in July. I have ADHD and use Adderall.
