Moral character - civil actions

Postby distanceplanet » Sat Feb 01, 2020 10:28 am

Hi all

In the moral character application, it asks for details of civil actions. Does a settled action qualify? If it is settled then the proceedings are effectively withdrawn? So would they need to be declared?

Yes. A settled action is still a civil action.
