Watching these Themis videos and this Commercial Paper stuff is brutal jibberish. Was wondering if anyone had:
(1) A short outline that is understandable
(2) Any suggestions on what few, key areas of this nonsense to focus on for bar prep (if I had to triage)
Thanks in advance.

Re: Anyone have a Commercial Paper short outline?
Read Tanicus's guide for BSing essay topics (it is stickied up top). He includes a section on Commercial Paper that generally includes everything you need to get a passing score on Commercial Paper questions. I would spend an hour or two memorizing his guide and then do some practice essays from your jurisdiction to make sure the info is what your state tests. The curve is generally forgiving for Commercial Paper so if you have the main stuff memorized it is pretty easy to do well.
