Last minute crim law question:

I'm probably overthinking this, but... if there's a quick & easy answer to this one, why is homicide the only crime that BarBri describes as requiring proof of causation? Or is it just that it's the only one requiring both cause-in-fact and proximate cause, and the causation (c-i-f) element is implied for all the other crimes?

Oh, and one more question: what's the point of learning the New Hampshire (Durham) insanity test if it's only applied in New Hampshire? Unless, you know, you're taking the bar exam in New Hampshire.
