International Litigation? Tell me about it.

Post by junkman » Tue Jan 14, 2014 4:06 pm

What is international litigation? Commercial international arbitration? Governmental international arbitration? International dispute resolution? What are the most prestigious firms that handle these cases? If I were interested in it, but wanted to live in the states, which secondary language would be good to learn? French, German, etc? Would an LLM from a foreign school of law like somewhere in Paris or London or Germany be beneficial? Are these lawyers in high demand? Lots of questions I know but I know very little about the subject and I'm just really interested. Thanks so much.
