Outlining during class??

Post by RodneyRuxin » Fri Jan 25, 2013 8:11 pm

Saw a student today who took notes straight onto his outline (filling in blocks to the professor's syllabus).

Has anyone tried this with success?

I've seen people writing down 1-2 things in TLS guides, but I'm looking for experiences of people who have tried it (usually people who do guides have done well, so I'm looking to see if anyone has had a negative experience doing this).

I've always done that. Otherwise I would have to come pack at the end of the semester and weed through 100+ pages of gibberish
