Are you planning to spend some time in the US before law school, if so, it can wait until then or until you actually begin first semester (I read part of GTM before school and it didn't make half as much sense as it does going through it now).
Also, don't worry about E&Es, wait till you're in law school and you know what your professor wants. Some professors focus on topics that have little to no treatment in the E&Es, or worse, your professor may feel that many cases were wrongly decided and have his own theories on what the law ought to be. No use confusing yourself between what your professor wants you to know and what you learned from your 0L prep.

ehhh 0L prep is overrated anyway, i'm not sure i would have understood this stuff anyway if i had read it before class started. just enjoy yourself.
