Yes. The news released today says that the same lawyers as the other lawsuits against schools are preparing to file against 20 more schools for fraud including pepperdine. But no law suit has been filed yet.

Think he/she's confusing Pepperdine with Southwestern. Easy mistake for a Southwestern grad.
