Would love advice or any assessment regarding my chances at a district judge clerkship at ndca, edca, cdca, sdca. This is assuming for 2025-2026, and one year of WE at a V10 litigation focused firm.
3L at Penn
Expected to graduate either magna or just outside
3.78-3.82
No patent experience (heard that may be relevant)
No special WE (assume kjd as it gets)
Secondary journal, not LR
Hometown is cali
Taken all core clerkship classes and generally a p hard schedule
