It's funny cuz it's true???

I bet you get a minimum of 45K however
Just a nightmare... I don't think they'll be flashing me 45k though..
Cornell was my pick to throw around mad cash money this cycle. They will be the last T14 to offer money so they will be able to see what everyone else is doing. NU is going HARD after 170/3.8 folks. Cornell lost a median point last year and won't want to lose another. Cornell has a $25 million donation that they can use for scholarships. Personally speaking I am basicaly at both school's medians and Duke and Michigan have both offered me more than a year's tuition in scholarship money which is significantly more than I expected based on mylsn.info. I bet you get at least 45K but I'm guessing you actually get 60K.

It's attached to the email, and there is a hard copy being mailed, as well.

Good luck to everyone!

Anyone know what the Cornell gym situation is like? Is there one near the law building?

Check about halfway down page 10. We discussed it pretty thoroughly.

Nice. Count me in if we are starting a 1L lifting crew.

I meant for financial aid, is that what you're referring to as well?

Ugh. Ok, good to know. And presumably Cornell doesn't care if we have seat deposits due at the beginning of April and we were accepted in one of the first waves and they have had 4+ months to put together our award?

Did anyone have any luck with the Cornell travel subsidy form? How strict are they being with those funds?

Checking in! Still far from making a decision, but I'm very seriously considering Cornell right now.

Yay! Are you considering negotiating with Cornell at all? There are a few people on lsn with similar numbers that got the $120k offer, but I'm not sure how to approach it. Maybe something like, "I'm seriously considering Cornell, but $40k would make my decision easier"? Not sure if I have the energy to write more appeal letters though.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
