Suits everywhere. I'm assuming for OCI? Ya'll better not be rocking suits at orientation and whatnot...
Yes sir/ma'am- it's all of us, the OCI lost souls.. Look out for the faces of despair too.
Oh...and guys...giant creases/wrinkles in your suit jackets?
C'mon now. Bush league. Just sayin'.

I'm here for another hour or so (my parking expires 12:40).

I would never. NEVER. How dare you.
(admittedly, some people look a little ruffled by this point).

I prob won't get there in time. I plan on shaving for the first time in...lets say "days," before heading over.

Has anyone that ordered their textbooks online from the book store had their order processed yet?

You can look them up on the Bookstore's website (LinkRemoved). Then if you want you can order them online there, or check Amazon/Chegg/etc.

Does anyone know if we have to have them sent to us? Or can we go pick them up in the bookstore?

It gives you the option when you place your order. I did pickup, but I'm assuming there would be ridiculous shipping charges for like 60lbs of books

Amazon has some really cheap rental deals btw - although they wouldnt ship the rentals I got to Chicago. Worth looking into if they ship to your home state and you have someone there that can then forward to you.

Keep in mind, too, that there will be the SPFIF booksale and emails on the listserv selling books. If your book isn't a brand new edition, you'll likely be able to get it used within the next week.

Hey, I give campus tours all year for nothing at all except the chocolate I steal from the desk in the admissions office.

It will happen. Enjoy these last few days of not having to delete 50 emails a day of people selling coffee tables and mattresses. (Yes, I know you can filter, but my inbox-related OCD requires me to read and delete emails individually.)
