Where can I find specific topic hypos?

Post by JoblessAndHopeless » Tue Oct 01, 2019 1:45 am

Hey guys, where can I find hypos that are categorized by specific topics?

For example, hypos grouped by "Discovery" or "Rule 15 relation back amendments", etc in Civ Pro or "Battery" or "False Imprisonment" in Torts?

It's still early in the semester and even though some of my professors posted their final exams from the past, they're final exams and cover everything that we haven't covered at this point.

If anyone know of any banks or resources, that would be really helpful. Thanks!

There's a book series called "Examples and Explanations" that often has hypotheticals broken down by topic--that should be a decent place to start.
