That time of year again! Currently an SA in a v100 doing mostly transactional work, and by the end of the summer will likely decide between (1) corporate M&A and securities or (2) restructuring and bankruptcy.
I will definitely take Evidence in the fall and Trusts and Estates in Spring for the bar, and possibly take on a clinic to minimize class time, but I am struggling to determine which (pick 2) of the following I should also take:
- Federal Income Tax
- Securities Regulation
- Secured Transactions
Or if you have any other suggestions, I am happy to consider them too (i.e. accounting for lawyers?).
