I think this depends on whether your T40 is BC/BU or like BYU/UGA.

Pretty screwed. In any market, a median T40 student is going to really struggle to land a big law job. If you're targeting a relatively small market like Boston, and if you're not even at a Boston law school, it's close to impossible. You can try, though.

How did you get 1L summer big law with top 20% at a T40 grades?
This suggests to me that you will outperform your grades bc you're an amazing interviewer, super connected, or something like that.
