Michigan Summer Starter GPA

Postby umichman » Tue Jan 20, 2015 4:28 pm

do employers at OCI look at all three of your semesters of grades, or do they only take into account the first 2? Do they think look at your GPA differently because of that third semester of upper level classes?

Employers look at all the grades on your transcript. For summer starters it will be three semesters.

Unsurprisingly, a higher GPA looks better than a lower GPA. Grades tend to be higher in upper-level courses, so if you strategically plan your classes and don't get too burnt out, that extra semester can be to your advantage for OCI.
