Making a contract for the Asset Sale of a Business

Post by jaydizzle » Wed Apr 23, 2014 10:23 am

So, I am making a contract for the sale of a business to another person (manufacturing type operation). Does anyone have any templates or anything like that? 3L is really sinking in, and I am struggling. I could use some more samples to work off of for ideas. Although no contract may fit what I am trying to do, at least I will have some ideas!

I would greatly appreciate any help! Please PM if you can help out. Maybe I can help you out too by emailing some outlines or something like that.

Just asking for some templates. I found some forms on Westlaw that are proving to be useful so far.

I was going to suggest Westlaw. They have lots of templates on there, which I imagine would be useful for your situation.
