Can anyone recommend a supplement for a complex litigation class (covers mostly class actions, also MDL's, other advanced joinder and preclusion topics)? West has a Nutshell that was just published that covers most of the recent cases including Dukes, but I've read through it and don't find it particularly helpful for breaking all the Rule 23 pieces down. I've also read through the most recent Manual for Complex Litigation, but that doesn't seem to get into enough detail (i.e. exam-type analysis). We're using the Nagareda casebook. Thanks in advance!!
