Corporate Tax

Post by fathergoose » Mon Dec 10, 2012 2:21 pm

Just as a general public service announcement:

If you are taking Corporate Tax, particularly if you are using the Schwarz and Lathrope textbook, do yourself an enormous favor and go buy the Black Letter Outline for "Corporate and Partnership Taxation." It will quite literally be the best money you have ever spent on a supplement.

There wasn't much on TLS about Corporate Tax when I was searching around except someone casually mentioning this book. It was preposterously helpful in studying for the Corporate Tax exam I just took. I can't recommend it highly enough. Hopefully people searching TLS in the future for Corporate Tax help will find this.

that is all, continue with your day

Update: Made an A in the class. If you are taking this class, but this book. Done and done.
