Contracts: Unless Clause Test

Post by llachans » Fri Nov 23, 2012 11:13 am

Can someone explain this to me? For some reason, I'm having some difficulty with it.

I understand you want to use an unless clause to find acceptance if you can't under R50 or 2-207(1). So you look at whether there's "my acceptance" and "your assent". If there is not an unless clause, then there is acceptance.

What am I missing?
