I could use some advice on how to organize my essay for crim law. My professor is big on comparing MPC and CL. So, the basic outline for homicide would be:
- cms
- causation
- defenses/justification
- accomplices
- omissions/duty to aid

Should I go through the MPC of each and every one (ex: cms: under the mpc, blah blah. causation: under the mpc, blah blah all the way through the last point) and then go through the CL for each and every one, or is it more organized to go CMS: under mpc..., but under cl..., CAUSATION: under mpc, but under cl...

Both seem fairly disorganized and I'm not sure which one would be easier to grade.
