Are the MBE video instructors the same for everyone? I wonder if there's an alternative to the lady presenting the Crim and Property lessons, who seems not to know what she's saying on a number of points, in addition to being a total bore. E.g., she says springing executory interest is a future interest held by the grantor (and the slide presents it as such). I'm pretty sure that's dead wrong.
Not a big deal; just bitching. I'll just have to read the outlines more carefully on those subjects. I am going to complain to the Kaplan people, though.
