Evidence E&E?

Post by ndirish2010 » Fri Dec 02, 2011 4:16 pm

Would people who've taken evidence recommend the E&E? I haven't heard much about it, only the 1L classes E&Es.

Taking evidence now and I find it pretty useful. The only part that's lacking is the 1.5 pages on constitutional issues with hearsay. Everything else seems to be just what you need.

I found the Arthur Best E&E a help. Get the newest revision since there have been a few important changes in the law recently. The newest has at least a decent discussion of Crawford and the Confrontation Clause and can help you understand it, but if your prof explains it differently or points to recent decisions that aren't in the E&E, remember to go with what your prof said on the exam.
