I go to another T10 and have a visiting Stanford professor. Hence I have no outlines or exams for him. I asked somebody I know there if they could help me find something, but they said that students cannot access resources for classes they are not in.

I do not know if this is true. However if somebody wants to help me track down an outline (directly or by finding somebody who has taken the class), I'll either pay you directly or order you supplements, whichever you like (I have amazon prime so you can get things fast). I'm thinking $50 if you can find a handful of docs for this professor.
