IMO, most flashcards from 2005 would be fine, especially for $20 total. Obviously, you may study some more recent cases but could easily supplement your own flashcards for those cases. For CivPro, I would recommend getting a newer set. In my class, we studied many cases post-2001 that had significant impacts on the rules.
