As an entering 1L, I was wondering what people recommend for note-taking in class
In undergrad, I almost always took notes by hand, underline readings, and just use that to study for exams. Obviously, with law school though and the need to brief and outline and take class notes, I was wondering if there's more of a need to have a comprehensive, organized system to make that easier and what strategies others have used?

Anyone see the bestbuy commercial with geek squad and the kid with the laptop program that takes notes for him? Anyone know what program that is?
