Do you loose any functionality or features by using a Mac at Michigan? On the network or with exam software or with anything else?
I've been a Mac convert for 4 years now and I love the seamlessness and lack of spyware/viruses/bugs/glitches. However, I assume I'll be using a PC during clerkships and when working at a firm. Also, OneNote looks way better than the Mac alternatives. I'm not comfortable running OneNote through parallels or vmware (not that tech savvy and couldn't deal with glithces).
It it time for me to switch back to PC or should I stick with Mac?

No, a lot of people use Macs at Michigan - absolutely no problem. Yeah, you do not get OneNote unless you run Windows or whatever (not sure, since I am not a Mac user myself), but there are other comparable programs.
