Journal Write On Questions

Post by blerg » Tue Apr 12, 2011 3:41 pm

Is this dilemma typical at schools & regardless, how would you handle it?

There's an open write on right after finals (before grades/rank) for everything except law review. Our moot court has a journal that is included in this open write on.

They then extend offers and you have to accept/decline before the closed. At this point, you know grades, but not rank.

FINALLY there's a closed write on, for the top 25%, which includes all journals. Grade on is only given to the top person in each section.

Thoughts?

What? Journal write-on? Your law school's moot court has a journal? Or a write on?
