Torts / Civ Pro / Con Law / Contracts Outlines & Shiznit
I notice a lot of people looking for help with different subjects. I put together a collection of some outlines and flowcharts for these 4 classes. I haven't looked through everything all the way, but it all looks good to me.
Torts - a checklist of stuff to look for; a negligence / cause outline; and a flowchart for intentional torts and negligence.
Civ Pro - A venue flowchart; an absolutely awesome group of chart for subject matter JD, personal JD, supplemental JD, Eerie, everything; and a personal JD chart.
Con Law - two awesome outlines for Con Law I (Federalism, Separation of Powers, etc.)
Contracts - a quick and helpful short sheet.
Hope this helps some of you.
Everything now in one file - Crim, Property, Civ Pro, Torts, Con Law, Contracts -

Awesome! Do you by any chance have property and crim outlines as well? Thanks!kalvano wrote:I notice a lot of people looking for help with different subjects. I have a Crim and Property outline, but they are very, very teacher specific. I'm happy to upload them, but the Crim outline is Texas Penal Code heavy, and the Property outline focuses a lot on what my teacher wants.

does the crim law outline have a CL v MPC v TPC comparison for the major crimes? cause that would be awesome!

OK, I've added another link in the first post. Criminal and Property.
The Property ones are Property I and cover property basics and future interests. I can't say for sure how good they are, but they seem more general than the one I used which was keyed specifically to my professor, who is bugfuck nuts. It also has two flowcharts I did for future interests and remainders. I suck at those, so I apologize for any errors.
The Criminal folder has a broad Criminal Law outline which I used for a bit, but it wasn't good for my teacher. My own outline is in there. It draws heavily on the TPC and compares it to the MPC. Not much common law, sorry. But I did include a scanned copy of a general Crim Law outline that came with my Casenotes Case Briefs book. It was pretty helpful. Plus another one I found called "random crim stuff" which is actually pretty neat - CL versus MPC.

Yes, Texas Penal Code. My professor was big on comparing TPC to MPC for exam purposes.usuaggie wrote:f0bolous wrote:does the crim law outline have a CL v MPC v TPC comparison for the major crimes? cause that would be awesome!

It's been called to my attention that the Civ Pro flowchart might have gotten jumbled up in the zipping of the file.

I'll try and find a different host when I get home. Anyone know of good file hosting sites that are free?

Everything put into one file instead of two and re-upped to Mediafire.

Thanks a lot for your efforts!
This will definitely come in handy as I'm trying to continue my outlines.

Thank you so much, this is a great help and will help in making my own outlines that are professor specific. A very valuable 1L asset, you're the best.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
