Hi,guys. I have a Ph.D. in science and will go to LS this year. And I hope to pursue a career path in IP law firm.I would like to ask for some advice about studing IP law.
1. Should I pass both IP bar and state bar?
2. When should I prepare IP bar during the law school?Shall I do it even in 0L?
3. Do you know any good forum about study/work in IP law.
Sorry,I am a newbie, and I guess my questions are dumb. Thanks for your patience to explain.

I've always wanted a PhD in science. Who needs a specialization?

OP, use the search function. You'll find what you need, as lots of this has been rehashed ad infinitum. If you want specialized advice, give us more info about yourself.

Since this thread sucks and there's not a clear answer in archives, does anyone have an IP survey supplement that they would recommend? Using the Merges book.
