To begin with, I'm new to the boards, but this seems like a good place to come every now and then. Part of the reason I came here is I am in need of a topic for a law review that is devoted to civil rights and liberties. I have found like ten topics in the last week but they have all recently been done, some in the last month or so. I have found one really boring topic that I don't really want to do. I have tried to find circuit split and searched through all the blogs I can find for ideas. If someone could give me an idea, or tell me where I could go to find one, I would appreciate it. I have nothing to give in return by gratitude but thanks in advance.
tl;dr version: Need a law review topic on civil rights, have any advice or places to go for ideas?
