I'm in this class where we have to draft pleadings and summary judgments and all these other civil procedure like documents. Basically all the documents you would draft during the course of a normal civil case.
However, the professor did not have us buy any books nor will he give us any examples of these documents, so we basically have to craft these things on our own.
Does anyone know of any books that would be helpful for this sort of class?
