Re: 2/3L Supplements Thread
Ones I used this semester:
Understanding Crim Pro: Investigations (Dressler/Michaels)--terrific, can read instead of the casebook.
CrunchTime Crim Pro: Very good for the last week. I actually have yet to not have success with the CrunchTimes (read them for torts, con law, crim and contracts last year)
E & E Crim Pro: Very meh, barely scratches the surface
Section 1983 in a Nutshell: Excellent.
Principles of International Law (Conscise Hornbooks): decent for the parts that it covered that overlapped with our mandatory transnational law class
Also looking for suggestions on corporations and First Amendment.

Fot int'l law I recommend either the Shaw treatise or the Cassese treatise, but you may not need a treatise - it depends on your professor I think.tingles wrote:The tax e&e was awesome for Federal Individual Income Tax.
Do you guys have supp suggestions for:
A basic international law class
Criminal Procedure 2: bail to jail? (is the e&e good?)
