Brooklyn Law --> Fordham
Sitting just outside the top 1/3, is it worth going from BLS to Fordham?

How much are you getting from Brooklyn? The general consensus is no.

I'd stay at BLS if I were you. Giving up $45k/yr to go to Fordham from your school is insane.

Happen to watch Suits? This post reminds me of Louis Litt's comment in an episode: "What if he went to some crappy third-tier law school? Like Fordham or Arizona State."
Anyway...keep the money, get inside that top quarter next year

I went to BLS over Fordham because Fordham offered me no money and so that classic Louis Litt line immediately became my favorite haha

So you already had the option to go to Fordham for no money but decided to go to BLS? You've had your answer a year ago.BrooklynBound wrote:I went to BLS over Fordham because Fordham offered me no money and so that classic Louis Litt line immediately became my favorite haha

Fordham rising 2l here. Just an FYI, transfers cannot participate in EIW (our version of OCI). There are other opportuntities for tranfers to participate in, like the resume collect program, but I honestly dont think a transfer here from Brooklyn would be worth it, especially giving up a 45k/year scholly

Your scholly makes school almost free and you already had the opportunity to go there. Stay and fight for rank.
