Use LOR?
First semester, I was #2 in my LRW class so I asked the prof. for a LOR before Spring finals. But, I completely burned out and managed to land a C+ in second semester. I went to office hours frequently and developed a good relationship. When I asked, he said he was happy to support me if transferring was what I wanted. With the C+, I'm hesitant to submit this letter, is it a bad idea?
