I just finished my first semester at a TTT and ranked in the top 5%. I am applying for a conditional admission decision at a TT ranked in the mid 80's. My UGPA and LSAT are just below the medians at the TT.
Any thoughts on my chances of transferring successfully? Or, any transfer application advice in general?

Chances are probably decent. The better question is whether it would be worth it. If they are in different geographical areas and you want to work in the area where the TT is located, it might be worth it. If the tuition at the TT is lower than what you are paying now (like a school that will offer you in-state tuition), it might be worth it. Otherwise, it's doubtful that there is much upside to transferring.

Its not worth it. Pretty much all schools outside of the T14 have that used car feeling.
