I'm calling them today and asking if they (actually) need anything. This really is unacceptable for a school that requires dumb shit like an undergraduate dean's certification (which, for all I know, they haven't gotten).

Their organization for this stuff is just terrible, and the level of unresponsiveness is just unprofessional. This isn't the initial application cycle with 8000 apps falling onto their desks at once. At most, they have a few hundred apps to go through, many of which have been in their possession for half a month or more. I'm not asking them to decide faster (though that would be nice). But update the damn status checker if you are going to bother having one at all.

It's the near-constant parade of CLS acceptances parading through this thread that makes it all the more irritating that I haven't gone complete yet.

Bear in mind that one TLSer's acceptance probably corresponds to 8 IRL acceptances.

Also, the "ordering football tickets" part of the Michigan Admitted Students Site is not working. I hope this doesn't mean they are sold out for law students and it's just broken right now ... I also have yet to get the packet with the flash drive and all the cool stuff.

did you get an email with login info for the admitted students site? i didn't get anything like that (or the packet yet). i'm pretty certain i didn't imagine the conversation i had with the admissions person yesterday, but i have been having transfer dreams lately, so i don't want to rule it out.
