I think you will likely get into one of the CCN schools

I've got basically the same stats as you and threw an app to H and S. I'd rather they deny me than always wonder what could have been...
Have you seen anyone with similar stats have success?

I was at a T25, and of the top few people who applied to Harvard, it was about a 50/50 chance among the top few people. The vast vast majority of Harvard transfers come from T25 schools and above, with a large contingent coming from other T14 schools. So its iffy once you get around T50, even toward the very top of the class, but still worth a shot.

Whereas I transferred to a CCN, and while the majority of transfers also came from T25 schools (+ Fordham), we had a few more folks from T50-100 schools who were the very top students in the class.

Random question: would the face that my fiance is from Ann Arbor and went to UMICH for undergrad help my chances at all in a transfer situation?

No. Ties are useful to the extent that you are trying to demonstrate that you plan to stay and live/work in the place where you claim to have ties (since its more likely that, if you have a connection to a place, that you will stay there). Unless you are claiming that, due to your connection to Ann Arbor, you actually want to live/work in Ann Arbor, it isn't going to help you.
