To see if you have a photo, and decide if you want to release it, I believe you go to:
Agora -> My Services tab -> Account and Personal Information heading -> Privacy Preferences Confirm/Review. There will be a photo displayed there, at the bottom, if you have one; you can see and toggle if its released or not.
If you don't have a photo, I think you either send a passport photo to the office (there was a form with it in the first admissions packet), or just go down to Lyons Hall on the main campus and they can take one for you there. I don't know if there's a way to get your facebook photo as an option, you might want to call.
